Holy guacamole Angel of the dawn. You've made me so hungry for good food that the simple pasta I planned for tonight no longer sounds good. ;)

Okay...I will doctor it up a bit and add some roasted garlic and carmalized onions and red and orange peppers. Maybe I'll roast some pine nuts too, and then add some chicken from the chickens we roasted on the barbie last night. Perhaps I'll actually shave the parmesan -- and my legs too...you never know!
